Happy almost 2016 – as I sit here I am so excited for the year to begin. I’ve got so many thoughts and ideas going through my mind and I’m so looking forward to some fun projects I’m putting together! I’m excited to share with you:
1. Motivational Monday’s: on the blog and Instagram. Every Monday starting Jan. 4th I’ll be posting a little bit of motivation to kick off your week. I’m excited to share the beautiful illustrations By Heather Stillufsenm of Rose Hill Designs! I fell in love with her illustration and quotes and she was kind enough to allow me to use them as the source of Motivation Monday. 2. Photography for Non-Photographers Creatives: This is a hands on workshop focused for baker’s, florist, invitation designers and other creatives that would like to learn basic tips & tricks for photographing their products.This workshop will focus on basic lighting, background, styling and how to best take photos of your own products without having to rely on a photo with your phone. If you are a creative, reach out, I’d love to hear your ideas on this workshop. First workshop date to be announced on January 15th
3. Online & 1:1 Mentoring for Creative Entrepreneurs and Photographers: Over the years I’ve received numerous requests from photographers asking questions regarding my business, how I have built it, what my marketing entails, how I balance both a full time job and a business and so much more. I love helping others. I feel like I am now ready to expand my business. After almost 10 years owning my photography business and more than 20 years of marketing and business experience – helping others is my next step. Beginning January 15th I will be launching an online and an in person mentoring program for photographers and for creative business owners.
